How it works
Step 1
Download the Cleancloud app here and create a profile. Schedule your pickup and include any notes on how to do your laundry. Settings can be saved for future orders and you can choose repeating pickups for efficiency and better savings. Your credit card info is saved securely for payment.
Step 2
We pick up all laundry Monday-Friday mornings 8am – noon. After picking up your laundry and weighing it you get a text message with the total charge. We then wash, dry, and fold or hang your laundry. When the laundry is cleaned and shelved for delivery your credit card is auto-charged and you get a text message alert.
Step 3
We deliver residential laundry Monday-Friday afternoons 4pm-7pm. If your order was under 100 lbs you will get it back the day after pickup, if over 100 lbs it will be 2 days after pickup. Friday pickups go back on Mondays. On your delivery day we bring your laundry back and leave it wherever you have instructed. You are alerted when we are on the way and when your laundry is dropped off.
